Pneuma: A Young Adult Movement
PNEUMA is a Greek word that simply means breath, wind, or spirit. #PNEUMA is a ministry devoted to spiritual formation and growth in college-aged & young adults. We are a group of friends who share life and faith together regularly. #PNEUMA is led by Life Assembly’s Teaching Pastor, John Driver & his wife Laura Driver. ”PneumaVision”: EVERY DISCIPLE A DISCIPLER. Christ-followers are not made to be spectators. Thus, we engage our faith and culture in three distinct areas:
1. Community (building & maintaining deep, accountable relationships)
2. Cause (fighting for and serving something other than ourselves)
3. Creativity (working hard in ministry with our gifts & passions)

#PNEUMA meets every Wednesday night at Life Assembly at 8:15pm in the main Life sanctuary. #PNEUMA also meets at 9 a.m. on Sunday mornings for Whiteboard Theology, a crash course addressing the tough theological questions facing young adults today. Join John Driver in the Life Cafe as we discuss everything from Biblical canon to eschatology to the Trinity.

Life Groups
#PNEUMA recently launched its Spring semester of Life Groups! Groups meet all over the place and at all different times. Most #PNEUMA Life Groups are gender-based (men’s groups and women’s groups.) NEARLY & NEWLY is a once-a-month Life Group led by Laura and John Driver. This group is for newlyweds, engaged couples, or couples for which “the ring is just a formality.” NEARLY & NEWLY generally meets for lunch and hang out time with other couples directly after service on the first Sunday of every month.
