Day 4- Saturday, March 15th

Thoughts:

“Leaders are the first in and the last out.  Why?  Because good leaders care for their people and serve them.  The responsibility that a leader carries is enormous.  We have to think ahead, protect ahead, prepare in advance of catastrophe, and also prepare for followers who are in normal stages of their journey.  This calls for us to carry ourselves with confidence, decisiveness and calm.  It’s been my experience that under the surface, leaders feel alone, overwhelmed, mentally exhausted but can never show it.  If you have ever prayed for someone, pray for your leaders.  They need it more than anyone and will never tell you or rarely ask for it, but just do it.  We count on it, God commands it, and we desperately need it.” –Terry Allen
